Jersey Sea Salt are the first producers of solar salt in Jersey for 300 years and we are the most Southerly producers of solar salt in the British Isles.

Jersey is situated 13 miles off the Normandy coast in the Bay of St Malo, giving it one of the largest tidal flows in the world, which also gives Jersey some of the cleanest waters in Europe.
